Personal Assistant to the Headteacher & Senior Leadership Team

and HR Assistant


 Required from 15th April 2024 (or sooner if possible)


NJC Grade E – range 15 -20

Full time equivalent £27,803 (actual salary £24,522)

37 hours x 42 weeks per annum


  We are looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Headteacher and Senior Leadership Team to provide a comprehensive, confidential and efficient administrative service and to support the Business Manager as the Human Resources Assistant.

This role is busy and demanding with lots of variety so you will need to have a high level of personal integrity, be confident and discreet, with proven experience of handling sensitive and confidential information and situations with tact and diplomacy.

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced administrator, with the capacity to anticipate and plan for diary events involving internal and external stakeholders. The ability to multitask, work flexibly, work well under pressure and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential. You will need to liaise confidently with Senior Managers, Governors, key stakeholders and external bodies.

Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage, however, training will be available.
