Temporary Receptionist / Administrator – Summer Term initially
Required as soon as possible
35hours X 40 weeks per annum (8am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday)
NJC Grade B, (£10.79 per hour)

As well as this endorsement Tor Bridge High has been oversubscribed consistently for many years.
The Receptionist is usually the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors to the school. Therefore, we are seeking someone who has excellent communication skills and has the ability to deal with phone calls, parents and visitors in a confident, calm and friendly manner.
Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
GCSE Grade 4 and above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
Competent computer skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Good knowledge and understanding of Administration procedures.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and discretion.
Able to work under pressure.
Experience of working in a school environment would be an advantage, however, training will be available.
