Celebrating our Ofsted report
Dear Families,
I am incredibly proud to share with you our fantastic OFSTED report following our inspection in the summer term, which saw us graded as ‘Strong Standard’ for the area of Leadership and Governance and ‘Expected Standard’ in the other six areas. These grades reflect the rapid changes shown in every area of our school and mean we are a high performing school, doing everything we should and more.
I’m thrilled to see our strong commitment to our values of Courage, Love and Ambition recognised with inspectors writing that “these are brought to life for pupils in their everyday interactions with staff.” These values are not just words, they shape who we are and guide what we do each day.
This is a wonderful achievement for our whole school community. It reflects the hard work of staff, students, and families, the love that underpins how we support each other and our shared ambition which has helped our school flourish over the last couple of years. I’m pleased inspectors noted “pupils, including students in the sixth form, recognise that their day-to-day experiences in school have improved dramatically in a short space of time.”
